Job Description

First point of contact for patients and visitors at the clinic, responsible for front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 O Levels including English and Mathematics. Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or related field is an added advantage. 1-2 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in healthcare. Computer literate with MS Office proficiency. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
